Background

The Home Ownership Education Programme, developed by Housing New Zealand, is available to anyone who is thinking about owning a home.

The programme will provide you with information about the home buying process, so that you can make an informed decision about whether home ownership is for you.

It isFREE, and the only cost is your time - minimum of 12 hours.

ARE YOU A MORTAGE OR FINANCE COMPANY?

  • NO... We are a service provider contracted by Housing New Zealand to facilitate FREE Education Workshops on the processes of Home Ownership.

DO I HAVE TO BE A HOUSING NEW ZEALAND TENANT?

  • NO... The workshop is open to all.

WILL I GET A HOUSE IF I DO THE COURSE?

  • NO... The course is to teach you the things you need to KNOW about buying a house, and making the RIGHT CHOICES for you and your family.
